Yes. All of our trails above 2 hours in length go into Joshua Tree National Park.

Long pants (jeans preferred), closed-toe shoes or boots, a light jacket or something to cover your shoulders, and a tight-fitting hat for sun protection if you do not choose to wear a helmet. We also recommend sunscreen, sunglasses, and a water bottle.
Helmets are provided if requested.

Our age limit for trail rides is 12 years old.
However, riders ages 7-12 are eligible to join a trail AFTER completing our 30-minute Junior Horsemanship Experience at the ranch, which helps us teach and assess their riding abilities. Give us a call at 760-821-7525 to learn more.

Our desert trail rides range from 2 to 5 hours, depending on your preferences. Custom ride lengths can also be arranged for a more personalized experience.

Our guides and horses are experienced in working with riders of all skill levels. Beginners will receive a pre-ride orientation, and we’ll match you with a horse suited to your experience level.

We keep a close eye on weather conditions and prioritize rider safety. If the weather is unsuitable for riding, we will reschedule your ride or offer a refund.

Our Cancellation Policy is 48 hours in advance. If guests do not cancel in time or don't show up for the ride, we will charge the card in the full amount of the ride.
If the weather doesn't permit us to ride out (e.g. high winds, rain, storm, snow etc.) we will do our best to reschedule you. If we don't find a date that works, we will refund you the full charge.
